THE ENCHANTED MISSION
It is our origin and ultimately our destination. Our ancestors, with only plants and their instincts, understood that plant medicine was placed here to heal us, and they discovered ways to utilize it. These natural remedies have been employed for centuries in traditional medicine systems like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, effectively addressing various health concerns. The reasons behind the abandonment of plant-based medicine are numerous, but instead of dwelling on the obscurity of big pharma and the industrialized medical field, let us channel our energy towards consciously returning to our roots. Let us revert to using nature as a means of healing.
CANVAS REBEL FEATURE
Hopefully you have come to realize that natural medicine is where we are headed...
One night on a dance floor in the middle of the desert, I was struck with the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee beans. A fellow festival-goer off in the distance, yearning for that late night caffeinated treat. The combination of scent and sound combined to create an intoxicating mixture that overtook my senses.
In that extraordinary instant, I became aware of the enchanting influence that our sense of smell has on shaping our perception of the world. The gentle waft of blooming flowers transporting us to a serene garden, the cozy scent of warm, buttery pastries evoking a sense of comfort and indulgence, the cleansing emotional release brought on by the smell of fresh rain hitting the pavement... It was within this magical moment that I comprehended the profound impact that our olfactory sense has on our experiences, subtly shaping our emotions and memories.
It wasn't long after that, that essential oils came into my life. Hardly a coincidence. I dove head first into oils and spent night and day studying their origins, evolution, and how they can be used to heal so many different aspects of our lives.
I have dedicated myself to acquiring knowledge and have developed a strong desire to help others on their personal healing journeys. Epictetus, a Greek philosopher, famously stated that only the educated are free. Inspired by this quote and natural healing, I aim to provide education and inspiration to those seeking practical uses of essential oils and how to incorporate them into their daily health routines. I firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from the healing properties of these plants, and I am privileged to support and guide each individual on their own distinctive path towards wellness.
